Slowing down to breathe

How often are we told to just slow down and take a breath? It seems like such and easy thing to do but so many of us don't take the time to do it. Our busy fast paced lives is our excuse. Taking even 1 to 3 minutes to just feel our breath going in and out of our lungs and to just slow down and breath can bring clarity to a cluttered mind, a sense of peace and calm, not to mention the many health benefits. My challenge to you this week is to give yourself the gift of breathing and slowing down. Just Breathe
